Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay at this hotel! The room I requested a change to was lovely, overlooking a small courtyard with pretty flowers and a fountain. The steep, spiral stairs added a unique charm. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to assist. The location was good, allowing us to walk to most attractions in Sevilla, although some were a bit of a distance. The dining options were excellent, with a good choice and fresh food. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were decent size with large bathrooms, but mine was very small with only the bed, a TV, and a small table. The service was a bit of a letdown as I had to wait for a table to be cleaned every morning during breakfast. The location was convenient, close to major attractions, but I found the split levels with the interior spiral staircase a bit inconvenient. The dining experience was quite good with practical meal schedules. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel is decently located, a bit distant from the main attractions but close to Alameda de Hercules. The rooms were acceptable, but in need of construction work. The service was friendly and willing to help, offering various amenities like car hire and tours. The dining experience fell short in variety and pricing. The location was convenient but challenging to find. Overall, a mixed experience with some room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a mini refrigerator, making it very convenient. The location was good, easy for exploring around. However, the service fell short as they didn't provide important information upon arrival and even misled me. The dining experience was decent but lacked excitement in the food choices.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for my family. The air conditioning worked like a charm, but the room was a bit warm due to the winter setting. The ensuite bathroom was a nice touch, although I did notice a faint smell of sewer gas. The service was top-notch, with staff being welcoming and attentive to our needs. The location was superb, allowing easy access to many attractions and restaurants, although some points of interest required a cab ride or a long walk. Dining was tasty overall, with just a minor issue with the juice and fruit quality. The facilities were adequate for a pleasant stay.
I stayed at this hotel and found the location to be quite good, close to the Alameda de Hercules and on the downtown side, which was convenient. The rooms were clean and well-fitted, but unfortunately, they were missing some key amenities like hangers for towels and the TV and phone were not working properly. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff, especially Beatriz and her colleague. The dining experience was average, not the greatest, but the hotel facilities were sufficient for my needs.
